Wilapp was founded in 2021 by Aurora Cerdán Galera, an entrepreneur with experience in the beauty sector. The company is based in Almeria, Spain, and has a team of more than 30 people.

Proactive Customer Acquisition for Digital Kit: Identify and establish relationships with potential customers interested in our Digital Kit processing and management service.
Continuous customer support and follow-up: Provide ongoing attention and assistance to our existing customers and potential leads.
Participation in the Customer Development and Loyalty Strategy: Collaborate in the creation of strategies to expand and retain our customer base.
Analysis of Indirect Competitor Strategies: Evaluate and study competitor strategies to identify opportunities.
Focus on Customer Experience Excellence: Ensuring that customers enjoy a good experience.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective social media strategies to increase brand visibility.
Create high-quality, engaging content for a variety of platforms and industries, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
Manage and schedule publications in all social networks.
Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools such as Metricool and Meta Business Suite, and adjust strategies based on data and metrics.
Interact with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and manage the online reputation of the brand.
